WWJD - What Would Jesus Drink?

I assume that there have probably been serious (and heated) discussions on today's topic. This is not intended to be one of them.

When a friend implied that Jesus would drink Red Jak, I started to wonder if such a thing could be true. Jesus sipping on Red Jak, Red Bull, or Monster? Would Jesus skip it and go straight to 5-Hour Energy?

Would he be a red wine or white wine guy? And where from? Established wine markets or third world up and comers?

Silly, yes. But scintillating.

WWJD? And why?

  2. I think that he wouldn't NEED to drink energy boosters. I would like to imagine that He would take care of His body enough through a wholesome diet and plenty of walks that He would find himself with plenty of energy! As someone who reads labels and ingredients I personally (and experts included) don't recommend drinking energy drinks. They are filled with sugar and caffeine (and other highly potent/concentrated ingredients), all of which, when consumed in large amounts and consumed frequently do have negative effects. There are other more natural ways to have sustained energy.

Perhaps He would drink wine like he did at the last supper (if it contained alcohol or not I don't know for sure, maybe it was just grapejuice???), plenty of water, maybe teas...stuff that God created. Of course, this is all speculation, maybe wishful thinking.

  3. why stop at 5-hour energy? there is a 6-hour out now, you know! red jak only at bandera molino. i wouldn't limit Jesus to only one drink. i think that He would try various beverages depending on where he was. i think he would have a grande pikes place if He was in seattle, or a mexican martini at trudy's in austin.

  4. i tend to agree kerrie.

although i have to believe that he'd down some good wine.

"Every man serves the good wine first, and when the people (K)have drunk freely, then he serves the poorer wine; but you have kept the good wine until now." - what do you think made that the "good" wine? better grapes? :)
